What is Ranchx?
Ranchx is a Texas-born premium laundry detergent brand where Western heritage meets modern fabric care, offering a concentrated formula with a long-lasting Western‑inspired scent.
Is Ranchx laundry detergent HE compatible?
Yes. Ranchx is formulated as a concentrated, high-efficiency (HE) compatible detergent and can be used in both HE and standard washing machines. Use the recommended amount on the label and avoid overfilling to achieve the best results.
How much Ranchx should be used per load?
Because Ranchx is concentrated, less is needed compared to many mass‑market detergents. For a regular load, start with the recommended dose on the bottle; for heavily soiled workwear or very large loads, a slightly higher amount may be used as directed.
Is Ranchx eco-friendly?
Ranchx uses a concentrated, high‑efficiency formula designed to reduce waste per load and incorporates biodegradable, environmentally responsible ingredients, helping lessen environmental impact while still delivering strong cleaning performance.
What types of fabrics can Ranchx be used on?
Ranchx is safe for most washable fabrics including:
• Cotton and cotton blends
• Polyester and synthetics
• Denim and heavy workwear
• Bedding and towels
• Athletic wear and performance fabrics
• Delicates (when used as directed)
Not recommended for: Silk, wool, or dry-clean-only items. Always check garment care labels.
Shipping & Returns
Where does Ranchx ship?
Ranchx ships to all 50 United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). Standard shipping typically delivers within approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year.
How can an order be tracked?
Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent containing tracking information (where provided by the carrier). Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Ranchx offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.
What is the Ranchx return policy?
Ranchx offers a 30‑day return window for eligible, unopened products purchased directly from shopranchx.com, subject to the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy. Customers must email shopranchx@gmail.comto request return authorization before sending any items back.
Where should returns be sent?

What if an order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect item, customers should contact shopranchx@gmail.compromptly with the order number and clear photos of the issue. Ranchx will review the claim and may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Does Ranchx offer exchanges?
Ranchx does not process direct exchanges. Customers who wish to change size, scent, or product type should request a return for eligible unopened items and place a new order once the return is approved.
