Return and Refund Policy – RanchX

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from RanchX through the online store at shopranchx.com. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms set out below.

1. Return eligibility and timeframe

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must:

    • Be RanchX laundry detergent purchased directly from shopranchx.com.

    • Be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

    • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, used, decanted, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, and product integrity considerations.

2. How to request a return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact RanchX by email at shopranchx@gmail.com with:

    • Full name.

    • Order number.

    • Item(s) to be returned.

    • Reason for the return.

  • If the return request is approved, RanchX will provide:

    • A return shipping label, where applicable.

    • Instructions on how and where to send the package.

  • Items sent to RanchX without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Non-returnable and restricted items

For RanchX laundry detergent products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any detergent container that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items not in their original packaging or lacking proof of purchase.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Final sale, promotional, or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

RanchX does not accept returns of products that are damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use contrary to the instructions provided on the label or website.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order promptly upon delivery.

  • If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or an incorrect item is received, contact RanchX immediately at shopranchx@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • RanchX will assess the claim and, at its discretion, may offer:

    • A replacement shipment, or

    • A refund to the original method of payment.

RanchX reserves the right to deny claims where there is evidence of misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.

5. Exchanges

RanchX does not process direct exchanges.

  • To obtain a different product, scent, or size, customers must:

    • Request a return for the eligible unopened product.

    • Place a new order separately once the return is approved.

6. European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped into the European Union, consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • EU consumers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase, to qualify for a refund.

  • Certain exceptions may apply under local law for perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods; RanchX will comply with applicable EU and member state regulations.

7. Refund process

  • Once RanchX receives and inspects the returned item, the customer will be notified by email whether the refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer, and additional time may be required for the refund to appear on the customer’s statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and the refund has not been received, customers should contact RanchX at shopranchx@gmail.com with order details.
