RanchX Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which RanchX ships and delivers orders placed through its online store.


1. Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation of full payment (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or on federal holidays are deemed received on the next business day and are processed thereafter.
During periods of unusually high order volume (including promotional events and peak holiday seasons), processing times may be extended. In such circumstances, RanchX may provide notice of material delays on the website or by electronic communication, where practicable.


2. Shipping destinations

RanchX currently ships orders to valid street addresses located within the United States.
International shipping is not offered at this time. Should RanchX expand its shipping destinations in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Shipping methods and delivery timeframes

RanchX utilizes reputable commercial carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar providers, to transport and deliver shipments.
Available shipping methods and the associated estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

As a general guideline, standard shipping typically arrives within approximately 3–7 business days following completion of order processing. Expedited options, if offered, will reflect shorter estimated timeframes as indicated at checkout.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may be affected by carrier performance, weather events, seasonal volume, and other factors beyond the control of RanchX.


4. Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors that may include order weight, dimensions, selected shipping method, and destination.
All applicable shipping charges are disclosed prior to order submission.
From time to time, RanchX may offer promotional shipping arrangements (including discounted or complimentary shipping). Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in the relevant offer and may be limited by order value, geographic region, or time period.


5. Packaging and shipment of liquid detergent

RanchX primarily supplies liquid laundry detergent and endeavors to package all shipments in a manner consistent with applicable carrier requirements and industry practices for liquids.

Packaging measures may include, as appropriate:

  • Use of robust outer cartons and internal protective materials.
  • Verification that product containers are properly sealed and cushioned to reduce the risk of leakage or breakage in transit.

If a shipment is received in damaged or compromised condition (including leakage), such occurrences are addressed in accordance with the RanchX Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.


6. Order confirmation and shipment tracking

Upon successful placement of an order, an order confirmation email is transmitted to the email address provided at checkout, summarizing the transaction.
Following dispatch of the order, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available from the carrier) is provided. Carrier systems may require up to 24–48 hours from the time of shipment to display tracking updates.


7. Address accuracy and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted at checkout is complete, current, and accurate.

If a shipment is returned or rendered undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise faulty address provided at checkout, RanchX may, at its discretion, offer reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
RanchX is not liable for non‑delivery, misdelivery, or loss of a shipment where the underlying cause is inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If carrier tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the package cannot be located, the following steps are recommended:

  • Confirm the shipping address shown on the order confirmation.
  • Examine the premises, including any alternate delivery locations, and inquire with household members, neighbors, or building/receiving personnel.
  • Contact the carrier directly, using the tracking number provided, to initiate an inquiry.

If, after completion of these steps, the package remains unlocated, RanchX may review the matter on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account carrier records and any other relevant information.


8. Partial shipments and product unavailability

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, RanchX may notify the customer to present available options, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item(s), substitution (subject to customer approval), or modification of the shipment.
Orders may, where operationally necessary, be fulfilled in multiple shipments. In such instances, separate tracking information is provided for each shipment, where available.


9. Shipping‑related damage, defects, and returns

Claims relating to:

  • damage incurred during shipment,
  • receipt of defective merchandise, or
  • receipt of incorrect items

are administered in accordance with the RanchX Return & Refund Policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all deliveries promptly upon receipt and to notify RanchX within a reasonable period if any issue is identified so that appropriate remedial action may be considered.
